L’Assemblage 90

Domaine de la Combe sur lie is a blend of different single vineyards with an average age of 25 years old vines located on 3 different kind of soil such as Schist, Gneiss and Orthogneiss. With different exposure, my north exposure plots give all the freshness and also some vines on a plateau with a higher elevation. Like the other following wines, this cuvee has no sulphites till the end of the winemaking process, the gravity is used thanks to the underground cellar. This wine is 100% made in concrete tanks. Then only 4,5gr of sulphites will be added to protect the wine during the aging. This is a traditional, refreshing and mineral muscadet aged for 8 months on winemaking lies, enjoyable with seafood and especially oysters. [L’Assemblage, 11/08/2026]

Storage

We store in LCB Dinton Woods, giving us full control over our stock and client reserves.

The annual charge is £12.50 per 12x75cl (or £6.25 per 6x75cl). To store your wine collection at our Dinton Woods facility, please contact us for a quote.

Delivery

Goods will be delivered to the address provided at order placement, provided it is a shippable address. We reserve the right to cancel orders to non-shippable addresses (e.g., USA dry states).

For UK delivery addresses outside mainland UK (e.g., Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands), an additional delivery charge may apply. We will contact you with a quote.

Some international delivery addresses may incur additional surcharges. We will contact you with a quote.

We have no control over additional charges or supply restrictions applied by authorities in the destination area.

When placing your order, you may provide delivery instructions in case you are not available to receive the goods.

We require that goods be signed for or accepted by a responsible adult legally able to accept the goods.

Every effort will be made to deliver within 10 days; however, in rare cases, this may be longer.

Orders must be inspected at delivery, and any shortages or breakages should be reported to the carrier immediately before accepting the goods.

We will not be liable for any degradation in the quality of contents or packaging during transport by courier.
