Tasting Notes
L’Assemblage 93
Reserve Personnelle is a single vineyard of their oldest vines, planted in 1928 for the old and ungrafted, produced every vintage except the light and poor vintages. The vines are grown on Gneiss, and harvested by hand, high density of vines per hectare (7 700 per hectare). The wine is aged 20 months on lies, with regular batonage before bottling. This wine is much more complex, it is a food wine, perfect with grilled seabass. Aging potential of 10 to 20 years for the best vintages.
