Burghound 90-92

An exuberantly floral-suffused nose of discreetly spicy and ultra-fresh cool red currant aromas precede the seductively textured, refined and energetic medium weight flavors that display fine delineation on the lightly stony, dusty and balanced finale. This is pretty much textbook Pezerolles. [Allen Meadows, 10/04/2023]

Vinous 90

The 2021 Pommard Les Pezerolles 1er Cru offers light red fruit, used tea leaves and undergrowth on the nose that gradually unfolds in the glass. Fine delineation, though not powerful. The palate is medium-bodied with rounded tannins, more black fruit here with tar and graphite notes. A little more worked in the winery and as such it is missing just a touch of noblesse and precision on the finish. Tasted blind at the Burgfest tasting. [Neal Martin, 01/10/2025]

The annual charge is £12.50 per 12x75cl (or £6.25 per 6x75cl). To store your wine collection at our Dinton Woods facility, please contact us for a quote.

For UK delivery addresses outside mainland UK (e.g., Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands), an additional delivery charge may apply. We will contact you with a quote.

We have no control over additional charges or supply restrictions applied by authorities in the destination area.

When placing your order, you may provide delivery instructions in case you are not available to receive the goods.

Every effort will be made to deliver within 10 days; however, in rare cases, this may be longer.

Orders must be inspected at delivery, and any shortages or breakages should be reported to the carrier immediately before accepting the goods.
