Tasting Notes
Jasper Morris 92
The 2019 Rabource has been made in one recent foudre. Fine pale lemon colour. This has the most interesting and elegant nose. The wood hardly shows because of the power of the fruit. A gorgeous complete flavour here and enough acidity. This is the star of the line-up, along with Gresigny. Rabource is slightly the fuller of the two with an emphasis on youthful bitters to finish. Drink from 2024-2028. Tasted Mar 2022.

Moderate wood sets off the ripe aromas that are composed by notes of citrus confit, apple and acacia blossom. There is both excellent volume and mid-palate density to the delicious middle weight flavors that conclude in an intensely lemony, bone dry and linear finish. This should benefit from a few years to further flesh out.
