The 1969 Dom Perignon (Original Release) is fabulous. Aromatically, this bottle is perhaps a touch advanced, but the wine s inner sweetness and textural depth more than make up for that. In the glass, the 1969 is ample, creamy and incredibly inviting. Hints of orange peel, creme brulee, hazelnut and honey blossom in this super-expressive Champagne. The bubbles have mostly receded, and yet all the elements are impeccably balanced. [Antonio Galloni, 11/01/2017]

Quite simply the best champagne I have tasted. Poured from a magnum, it has a luscious amber/lemon hue with still a little mousse. The nose is an astounding array of sweet tangerine, honey with brilliant definition. I could smell this all day. The palate is always perfectly balanced with off-the-scale refinement. Last vintage with oak barrels. Lighter than most old vintages I’ve tried by Dom Perignon. Sensual acacia honey scent with the usual coffee touch. Like an elegant dancer in the mouth. Almost blanc de blanc style. Long, clean aftertaste. [Richard Juhlin, 01/03/2019]

We store in LCB Dinton Woods, giving us full control over our stock and client reserves.

The annual charge is £12.50 per 12x75cl (or £6.25 per 6x75cl). To store your wine collection at our Dinton Woods facility, please contact us for a quote.

Goods will be delivered to the address provided at order placement, provided it is a shippable address. We reserve the right to cancel orders to non-shippable addresses (e.g., USA dry states).

For UK delivery addresses outside mainland UK (e.g., Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands), an additional delivery charge may apply. We will contact you with a quote.

We have no control over additional charges or supply restrictions applied by authorities in the destination area.

When placing your order, you may provide delivery instructions in case you are not available to receive the goods.
